Who we are
Junibloom is an analytics and planning tool for Instagram creators, operated as an independent product from India. For anything in this policy, contact hello@junibloom.com.
What we collect
Waitlist: your email address, stored in our own database and used only for your invite and major product updates. We also note how you found us — a campaign tag if the link carried one, the page you joined from, and the site that referred you (never the full address, which can identify a person).
Visit analytics: we use Vercel's cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits and a handful of coarse product moments (joined the waitlist, used the calculator, opened checkout) — no cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers, nothing that names you.
Your account: the email address you sign up with, and anything you send us through the in-app feedback box (your message and the page you were on).
Instagram data: when you connect an Instagram Creator or Business account, we access it through Instagram's official API with exactly two read-only permissions: basic account information (username, profile photo, follower count, media) and insights (reach, views, engagement, audience demographics). We store daily snapshots of these metrics to build your charts, roadmap, and media kit — including your stories’ own metrics before Instagram expires them, and a sample of the comments on your posts (the text and its like count, to read what your audience responds to — never who wrote it).
Billing: payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
What we never do
We never ask for or see your Instagram password — connection happens on Instagram's own login page. We cannot post, comment, follow, message, or change anything on your account; our access is read-only. We do not scrape Instagram or use unofficial APIs. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How we use your data
To compute your growth-gap model, generate your weekly content roadmap, answer the questions you ask the in-app assistant, render your media kit, calculate rate estimates, and send you product emails (a welcome note, a weekly digest when your kit gets views, a reminder before a trial converts, major updates). That's it.
Where your data lives
Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication). Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted in a secrets vault, never in plain database columns. The app is hosted on Vercel. Email is delivered by Resend (your address and Instagram handle). To generate your content roadmap and to answer the in-app assistant, we send Anthropic's Claude API your stored metrics, post captions, audience demographics, rate inputs, and the questions you type — never your login credentials, and Anthropic does not train on it. Each of these providers processes data only on our instructions.
Your public media kit
If you enable your media kit, the stats you choose (follower count, reach, engagement, top posts, and optionally your rates) become visible at your public kit link. You stay in control: rates are hidden unless you reveal them, and you can pause or resume your kit any time from the Media kit tab.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting your Instagram account (Settings → Disconnect) deletes the access token, the account record and every stored snapshot, roadmap and kit immediately. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) removes all of that plus any subscription and your login, immediately and permanently. If you cannot sign in, email hello@junibloom.com and we do it by hand within 30 days. Data-deletion requests forwarded by Meta are honored the same way.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — the ones that keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
