Instagram already has insights. Why this?

Instagram shows one post at a time, and 90 days of account history. AI Insights puts every post on one screen against your usual, and keeps every day from the day you connect.

Can you get my history from before I connect?

Some of it. Your posts come in with their numbers, and about 30 days of daily reach. Older daily history can't be fetched, which is why starting early matters.

Why is a number missing, or still moving?

A dash means Instagram hasn't given us that number yet. A post reads "still counting" until two syncs a day apart agree, then "final".

Can I take my data out?

Yes. Export your posts as a CSV from the compare table, and you can ask us for a copy of everything we hold.
