Is the forecast a promise?

No. It's an Estimate: where your last weeks lead if nothing changes, with the most likely range around it. Instagram results depend on many things.

When does my forecast start?

It needs 100 followers, eight weeks of your follower history and 12 posts with final numbers. The count starts the day you connect. Until then Growth shows your reach and how far there is to go.

Will it just tell me to post more?

No. The move comes from your own posts, and it shows which ones. Say "Not for me", pick another, or tell it what you won't make.
